Effective for all orders placed between November 20 and December 25, 2025
To give holiday shoppers plenty of time, we’re extending our standard exchange window through January 8.

What’s Included
Exchanges for size if the item is unworn and in original condition.

What’s Not Included
Items that show any wear, damage, or signs of washing.
Orders placed outside Nov 20–Dec 25 (these follow our standard policy).
Refunds beyond our regular return window.

How It Works
Start an exchange by contacting us anytime before January 8. Items must be unused and in original condition. We’ll send you the exchange instructions and get your replacement on the way.

Exchange Shipping Window
For exchanges, once your request is approved and we issue your prepaid exchange label, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the label. Exchanges not shipped within this window may be voided, and a new request will be required if you’d still like to proceed. Please remember that all exchange requests must still be initiated within the 15-day exchange window.
