Refund policy

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery for gloves that are unworn and like new. Gloves showing wear or damage aren’t eligible. To start an exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Your exchange must include all original components (gloves, charger, instruction manual, original kit plastic bag and both batteries).  A photo of the complete components is required in the portal and will be reviewed by our customer support team. 

For customers in the U.S. and Australia, once your exchange is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided in the portal. For New Zealand customers, return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility at this time.

Exchanges may only be completed once per order and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges are available for U.S. and Australian orders. Exchanges are not available for New Zealand orders at this time.

If your gloves arrive defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. Orders resolved by replacement or reshipment are not eligible for refunds unless a return is initiated within the original return window.  A photo of the complete components is required in the portal and will be reviewed by our customer support team. 

Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Gloves must be unworn, in like-new condition, and include all original components (gloves, charger, instruction manual, original kit plastic bag and both batteries).

To start a return, please submit your request through the Returns & Exchanges Portal. A photo of the complete components is required in the portal and will be reviewed by our customer support team. 

For customers in the U.S. and Australia, once your return is approved, a return label will be provided in the portal. For NZ customers, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility at this time.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved returns are subject to a handling fee, which will be shown during the return process in our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Store Credit Bonus
Choose store credit instead of a refund and receive an extra $10 USD / $14 AUD / $17 NZD added to your return amount. Store credit is issued as a gift card and can be used anytime on future orders.

Exceptions & Final Sale Items
Due to safety and shipping regulations, spare battery pairs are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. If a battery arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or video. Once confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit. Chargers are also final sale.

Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund once marked delivered. Customers in New Zealand may return their gloves for a refund within our return window. Exchanges for New Zealand customers are not currently available.

Shipping Timelines
For U.S. and Australia exchanges, once your request is approved and a prepaid return label is issued, the item must be shipped within 7 days or the exchange may be canceled. All exchange requests must still be submitted within the 15-day window from delivery.

For returns, once your request is approved, the item must be mailed back within 7 days of receiving your return instructions to remain eligible for a refund.
