You’ll receive one pair of thin heated gloves, made with premium, long-lasting, incredibly soft, non-pilling Lycra; one pair of 7.4V 2200 mAh lithium rechargeable batteries; one 100–240V dual-battery charger (U.S. or Australian/NZ depending on your shipping address); and one very engaging user manual, if we do say so ourselves.

Fully charge the batteries before first use. Plug them into the included USB charging cable until the indicator light shows fully charged. A full charge typically takes 3 hours.

Yes, Toasty Touch® gloves are machine washable. Before washing, remove the batteries and fully zip the battery pockets closed. Wash on a gentle cycle, then lay flat to air dry to keep them in great condition.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. If your item is found to have a manufacturing defect within one year of delivery, we will, at our discretion replace or refund the product.

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Alterations to the gloves or repairs made by a third party
- Damage caused by improper charging, storage, or use outside of intended guidelines
