Shipping policy

U.S.
Orders within the United States ship from Salt Lake City, Utah via USPS Ground Advantage (3-7 business days) or UPS Ground (2-4 business days, depending on location). You can choose your shipping method at checkout. Tracking information is emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

Australia
Orders within Australia ship locally from Melbourne via Australia Post. Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your region.

New Zealand
Orders to New Zealand ship via Australia Post International from Melbourne. Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days. Customs processing may add additional time.

Tracking & Delivery
Once you receive your shipment confirmation email, your order has shipped. Tracking updates may occasionally appear delayed, which usually means the package is moving but wasn’t scanned at a transit point. Carrier delays can occur during busy periods. If your order is marked as delivered but can’t be located, please contact us within 3 days so we can assist.

If your order arrives with an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and verify packing and shipping records.

When reaching out, please include: your order number, a description of the issue, a photo of the item(s) received and aphoto of the shipping box showing the shipping label.

Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Wait 48 hours after the delivery scan
• Check with neighbors, household members, mailrooms, or leasing offices
• Contact USPS or UPS directly
• Submit a USPS Missing Mail request or UPS claim/request

After completing these steps, please contact us with your USPS or UPS case/reference number so we can review the situation further. Orders marked in carrier tracking as delivered are not automatically eligible for refunds or replacements and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved reshipment order is considered final sale and is not eligible for refund or exchange.
