How do I find my Toasty Touch® heated gloves size?

We recommend measuring the circumference of your dominant hand, excluding your thumb, to find the perfect size heated glove for you. The right fit will give you the best dexterity and optimal warming all the way down to your fingertips. Check out our sizing guide to help determine the best size thin heated glove for you!

How do Toasty Touch® heated gloves work?

Toasty Touch® gloves are powered by rechargeable batteries and have tiny, threadlike wires that deliver soothing heat to your hands all the way to the fingertips. Simply charge the batteries, attach them to the short cords on the gloves’ inner wrists, zip up the battery pockets, and you’re good to go! Charging is easy – a red light on the charger means the batteries are charging, and a green light means they’re ready to go.

Easily adjust the temperature of your thin heated gloves to your desired warmth setting by pressing the button on the outer wrist – red is warmest, white is medium warmth, and blue is just a little warm. Toasty Touch® gloves warm the fingers and the back of your hand – everywhere but the palm. (Heating the palm, we figured out while creating the gloves, leads to sweaty palms.) And that’s about it!

Do you accept FSA/HSA payment for Toasty Touch® heated gloves?

Yes! We accept FSA/HSA. Toasty Touch gloves are eligible for FSA/HSA purchase. At checkout, select Truemed as your payment option and use your HSA or FSA card like a regular credit card. If you don’t have enough funds, you can split the payment between your HSA/FSA card and a credit card.

How long do Toasty Touch® heated gloves stay warm?

Our thin heated gloves offer lasting warmth based on the heat setting selected. On our lowest setting, our heated gloves will keep your hands warm for around six hours. Our medium level lasts three hours, and our warmest setting keeps you toasty for two hours. We recommend keeping an extra set of batteries handy in your purse or backpack so you can easily keep the warmth going for hours to come.

Can you use a phone or touchscreen with heated gloves?

Absolutely! Every pair of Toasty Touch® gloves is made with three touchscreen-friendly fingertips (thumb, index and middle), so you can text, scroll, or snap photos without taking them off.

Can you wear Toasty Touch® gloves outdoors?

Definitely! While they’re designed to be thin and flexible, they’re still great for cool outdoor temperatures. Many customers wear them for driving, walking, photography, or cycling. For skiing or sub-freezing temps, you can layer them under a heavier glove or mitten for extra warmth. They aren't recommended for high-impact sports like basketball or running because of the potential movement of the battery pack.

What comes with my Toasty Touch® heated gloves order?

You’ll receive one pair of thin heated gloves, made with premium, long-lasting, incredibly soft, non-pilling Lycra; one pair of 7.4V 2200 mAh lithium rechargeable batteries; one 100–240V dual-battery charger (U.S. or Australian/NZ depending on your shipping address); and one very engaging user manual, if we do say so ourselves.

Can I wash my Toasty Touch® heated gloves?

Yes, Toasty Touch® gloves are machine washable. Before washing, remove the batteries and fully zip the battery pockets closed. Wash on a gentle cycle, then lay flat to air dry to keep them in great condition.

Do you offer a warranty on Toasty Touch® heated gloves?

We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. If your item is found to have a manufacturing defect within one year of delivery, we will, at our discretion replace or refund the product.

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Alterations to the gloves or repairs made by a third party
- Damage caused by improper charging, storage, or use outside of intended guidelines

How do I start a return or exchange?

You can start a return or exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Enter your order number and zip/postal code to view eligible items and select whether you'd like a return or exchange. If your return or exchange is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label and instructions directly in the portal.
